We offer a bruttogehalt starting from EUR 2.300,- (basis 40 Wochenstunden) with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.
Responsibilities
* Preparation work for accounting and payroll
* Complete personnel administration including time tracking
* Contact person for employment law questions
* Booking of incoming and creation of outgoing invoices
* Reconciliation of accounts, balance sheets, and open item lists
* Independent contact with authorities, agencies, and clients
* Customer and supplier accounting, reminders
* Discreet and confidential handling of sensitive information and topics
Qualifications
* Completed commercial training (HBLA, HAK, apprenticeship)
* Several years of professional experience
* Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
* Team- and client-oriented working style
* Independent, organized, and precise working approach
* Flexibility and willingness to take on changing tasks
