Discovery
* Outcome-Driven Backlog & Validation – Cultivate and prioritize the backlog around OKRs, business impact, and validated opportunities through experiments, A/B tests, and customer insights.
* Evidence-Based Problem Framing – Partner with Product Managers to define and refine problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses, challenging assumptions with data-driven insights.
* Lean Solution Exploration – Apply lean discovery approaches to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability when shaping potential solutions.
Delivery
* Backlog & Readiness – Translate priorities into refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring technical readiness and alignment with strategy.
* Coordination & Execution – Coordinate development efforts, manage smooth handoffs from discovery to delivery, and oversee release readiness with QA and Technical Leads.
* Quality & Communication – Maintain transparent stakeholder communication while ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Your Profile
* Language skills: Excellent English language skills (verbal and written). German language skills are nice to have.
* Technical Background: You have a solid understanding of software development processes, engineering practices and technical concepts.
* Product Management Knowledge: You are familiar with product management principles and backlog management techniques.
* Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Project Management Skills: You have experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical problem resolution.
* Team Collaboration: You have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Salary
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 60.000,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
