ProPursuit is currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a leading retail client of ours at their Vienna office.
This role will allow hybrid remote working requiring 2 days onsite per week.
Your role: Successfully coordinating three scrum teams working in Vienna and Slovakia
Coaching our development teams in optimizing their processes and methodology
Moderating stand‑up, retro and review meetings
Cooperating with product and project management to achieve company goals
Applying and advocating agile principles within our company
Central role as a mediator in the international collaboration
Your profile: A completed degree in IT or a related field (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college)
At least 3 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Passionate about agile Tools and Methodology (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
Experience in working internationally on software projects is a plus
Communicative personality with an established sense for managing conflicts and a hands‑on mentality
Ability to work independently and highly solution‑oriented
SCRUM certification is a plus
Excellent language skills in English, German would be a plus
