Technical Advisor for Jet Propulsion Systems
Responsibilities
* Independent organization of technical documentation (spare parts lists, repair manuals, installation instructions, technical data, service documents) in English
* Responsibility for subject-related projects (design‑in projects, service network development, after sales service taskforce)
* Coordination of technical training of our customers (OEM, distributors, dealers)
* Handle warranty processing (depending on product line)
* Self‑responsible implementation of customer service requirements in spare parts management
* Organize field campaigns
* Definition of service tools and spare parts modules
* Responsibility for change management/product improvements
* Strong collaboration with the sales team
Skills and Experience
* Technical degree or equivalent experience in automotive, marine or small engine mechanics.
* Passionate about after‑sales and support, with a relentless commitment to solving problems and enhancing service experiences.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical environment
* Dedicated to delivering high‑quality services and excelling in innovative problem‑solving, especially in challenging situations.
* SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset
* Fluency in English
* Any other language is a real asset (German is a clear asset, as well as Portuguese, Spanish and/or French)
* This position will require travel 10 to 20 % of the time
Benefits
Minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
