Spend Analysis & Category Management: You analyze our procurement spend, structure it into categories, and derive concrete cost‑saving and optimization opportunities. Data Quality & Transparency: Together with our back office, you ensure that all procurement‑relevant data is complete, consistent, and suitable for analysis. Strategic Business Partner: You act as a strategic business partner to our project stakeholders and ensure economically optimal sourcing solutions through well‑founded supplier and make‑or‑buy decisions. Process Analysis & Best‑Practice Transfer: You analyze existing procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable, practical solutions based on best‑practice approaches. Leadership & Implementation of Strategic Procurement Projects: You lead strategic procurement projects from concept to implementation – ranging from bundling and standardization to digitalization initiatives. Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing: You continuously develop our supplier portfolio – nationally and internationally – and build long‑term, high‑performing partnerships. Market Analysis & Benchmarking: You continuously monitor sourcing markets, conduct benchmarks and tenders, and create transparency regarding price developments, trends, and risks. Risk Management & Sustainability: You proactively identify supply, price, and supplier risks, develop appropriate mitigation strategies, and support the establishment of transparent and sustainable supply chains. KPI Development & Reporting: You define relevant KPIs, visualize them, and actively use them to manage and further develop procurement. Procurement 4.0 Transformation: You actively shape the transformation of procurement – from process automation and system integration to the adoption of new technologies. YOUR SKILLS
Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university) with a focus on procurement, supply chain management, or business administration Several years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier development Strong analytical skills and high affinity for data Experience with KPIs, spend analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making Confident user of Excel; Power BI experience is a strong asset Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage and align internal stakeholders toward shared solutions High level of personal responsibility, a strong drive to shape and improve processes, and enthusiasm for digitalization Fluent German (written and spoken) and good command of English WORKING TIME
