Category Manager/Purchasing Assistant Bike and Ski Hardware
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Category Manager Assistant. Together with us, you will plan and design the product ranges in the bike and ski hardware sector and actively contribute to the success of our retail and distribution partners – both in brick‑and‑mortem stores and online.
* Responsibility for quantity planning and range control (inventory management) taking into account performance in retail.
* Management and continuous development of the product ranges in our online shop, including analysis of sales figures, availability and performance indicators.
* Observation and analysis of new industry trends (products & services), including visits to trade fairs such as Eurobike.
* Providing on‑site support to our INTERSPORT partners and assisting in the sales process with your expertise.
* Sale of the collections to our INTERSPORT partners during our in‑house trade fair days.
* Creation of professional sales materials for our partners.
* Master data maintenance and product creation in your area.
* Coordination and organization of photo shoots.
You bring that with you
You are a proactive individual, enjoy working in a team, and have a good understanding of sales, e‑commerce, and product design. Organizational skills, analytical thinking, strong communication abilities, and a passion for sports round out your profile.
* Passion for sports, especially biking and skiing.
* Safe use of MS Office.
* Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, as well as English skills at least at B1 level.
* Ideally, experience in (sports) retail or e‑commerce.
* Self‑initiative, team spirit and a strong customer focus.

This position offers a gross monthly salary starting at €2,800 (for 38.5 hours/week). The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience. Employment level: Full‑time (38.5 hours/week).
