Student Employee - Digital & AI Enablement
Working hours: 20 hours per week
We are looking for motivated student employees to support our digital and AI initiatives, combining hands‑on technical work with enablement and knowledge sharing.
Your Responsibilities
* Support development of small AI & digital proof of concepts (PoCs)
* Assist with Python scripting, small tools, and data processing
* Build simple prototypes or agents using Microsoft Copilot
* Support automation and integration initiatives
* Help with testing, documentation, and debugging
* Contribute to AI & digitalization trainings (materials, demos, examples)
* Capture and share best practices, guidelines, and internal content
* Support communication to make digital topics accessible for non‑technical audiences
Your Profile
* Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a comparable technical field
* University degree in chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, physics or similar as beneficial
* Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English, German skills are an asset
* Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
* Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methodologies
