Tasks
* Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in Germany, in compliance with all legal and company-specific regulations
* Point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding payroll tax and social security matters
* Responsible for statutory reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with external authorities and institutions
* Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring data quality
* Preparation of HR statistics and reports
* Support during internal and external audits (e.g., tax audits)
* Close collaboration with HR team colleagues and regular exchange with Finance and Controlling
* Participation in payroll-related projects
* Continuous development and optimization of internal processes
Skills
* Solid, multi-year experience in payroll and comprehensive knowledge of German tax, labor, and social security law
* SAP knowledge is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent German skills and good English skills
* Structured, reliable, meticulous, and discreet working style
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
