As a Senior Digital Media Consultant, you will be a key player in shaping innovative strategies, guiding clients through complex challenges, and delivering value-driven solutions. What you will do:
* Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects
* Lead projects independently and proactively — from discovery to delivery
* Identify opportunities, define strategies, and translate them into actionable roadmaps
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions
* Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work
What we expect:
* 5+ years of experience in digital or media consulting, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscapes, and customer-centric strategies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you initiate action
* Ability to work independently
* First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context
* Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech)
* Confidence and clarity in client presentations
* Fluent in German and English
