For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Quality Management department as Quality Management Professional (all genders)!
YOUR MISSION
* Creation, updating, and management of QM documents
* Maintenance of the HACCP system, including flowcharts
* Processing of complaints (entry into the system, involvement of specialist departments, writing statements)
* Monitoring the implementation of improvement measures, including deviation analysis
* Implementing and updating test equipment monitoring
* Supporting customer and supplier audits
* Conducting site tours with new employees andcustomers
* Maintaining the pest control system at the site
* Conducting annual traceability tests
* Processing QM-related customer inquiries via online portals
* Representing the company in the preparation and provision of product-related data in cooperation with other departments
* Representing the company in processing and completing questionnaires in online and offline form, as well as preparing statements for customers for review and signature by a responsible person
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Completed secondary school (e.g., HLW, HBLFA etc.) in the field of food technology, chemistry or economy related to food technology completed
* Degree in food science/technology or professional experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of quality management, HACCP, certifications, and European food law (especially the Fruit Juice Directive)
* Organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
* Structured, reliable, and accurate way of working
* Independent, resilient, assertive, solution-oriented, and communicative
* MS Office skills
* SAP skills are an advantage
* strong skills in German and English (verbal and written)
* Teamplayer
