Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Specialist to lead the planning and delivery of webinars supporting business growth, partner engagement, and thought leadership. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, content development, and data-driven impact measurement. You will manage the entire webinar lifecycle—from ideation to performance reporting—and act as a liaison across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Webinar Strategy and Planning: Develop a webinar calendar aligned with business and partner objectives; propose relevant topics, speakers, and formats based on audience needs and market trends; shape webinar themes and positioning.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and leadership; prepare briefing materials and support content; serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Project Management and Execution: Manage logistics including scheduling, registration, platform setup, dry runs, and live hosting; ensure timely delivery of promotional campaigns, content, and coordination; troubleshoot during live sessions.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track metrics such as impressions, CTR, registration, attendance, engagement, and conversions; create performance reports; recommend improvements based on insights.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on campaign metrics and performance.
* Strong critical thinking skills; ability to connect content planning with business strategy and audience needs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage complex projects independently and break down tasks into actionable steps.
* Proficiency in creating structured decks and post-event reports.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with webinar tools (e.g., Zoom Webinar, ON24) and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Experience working with sales teams or in a B2B environment.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
