1. This role involves leading and executing the brand’s marketing strategy by integrating creativity, partnerships, consumer insights, and business growth initiatives in collaboration with the Global Head of AlphaTauri. Responsibilities include developing tailored product value propositions and benefit narratives for various markets, as well as crafting impactful materials for internal and consumer audiences.
2. The implementation of the marketing strategy across all relevant channels will be a key responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes managing integrated campaigns, planning and executing events, coordinating impactful POS activations, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and leading PR initiatives. The focus will be on delivering consistent messaging, maximizing audience engagement, and achieving measurable results.
3. The role requires providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, overseeing communication, merchandising, and marketing processes. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a high-performing and results-oriented team culture.
4. Achieving financial objectives is an essential aspect of this role, including preparing and managing the annual budget, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. The role also includes optimizing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
5. This role will oversee negotiations and the management of strategic partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. It involves building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, while developing and executing effective negotiation strategies to align partnerships with business objectives, maximize value, and ensure long-term success.
6. At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion/ sports Apparel industry
7. At least 3 years’ experience managing teams
8. Proven track record in establishing and implementing international marketing strategies for apparel.
9. Deep knowledge of fashion, sports trends, and lifestyle market dynamics.
10. Experience in selecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with external vendors, press, bloggers, athletes, celebrities, agencies, and sport clubs.
11. Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills with a problem-solving mindset
12. Collaborative attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
