About the Role
Responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as providing non‑medical support during the treatment session.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive patient at the clinic main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
* Show a welcoming attitude to the patient and their family.
* Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
* Assist patient needs and distribute meals as per the schedule.
* Assist in patient medication delivery and documentation requirements.
* Maintain clinic equipment/assets (e.g., wheel chair) in good shape.
* Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to treatment area.
Qualifications
Education
High school or equivalent.
Experience
No experience needed.
Skills
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Personable and energetic.
Languages
Arabic; English is also desirable.
IT Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
