The company is setting new standards in physical and digital cybersecurity. To strengthen the team at its Vienna headquarters, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented Team Assistant (f/m/d).
Your Responsibilities
* Administrative and organizational support of the team's daily operations
* Calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence
* General office management and document administration
* Preparation of reports, presentations, and project-related materials
* Support in procurement, shipping, quote preparation, and pre-accounting
* Interface between internal departments and external stakeholders
* Participation in process optimization and workflow structuring
Requirements
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education (e.g., business school, HAK, HLW) or equivalent qualification
* Initial work experience in an assistant, office, or project coordination role
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
* Independent, hands-on, and team-oriented working style
* Good command of German (spoken and written)
