What You’ll Do
Opening and closing routine
Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness
Business Understanding / Understanding and analysis of KPIs and Umsatz
Proactive thinking; attention to detail
Register / Point of Sales use
Asset Protection
Visual displays and presentation of merchandise
System skills and ensuring smooth system flows
Schedule requirements and availability
Customer experience on the selling floor; coaching and guidance as Floor Supervisor
Training of Brand Reps and Stock Associates; ensuring store operations run effectively
Working Hours / Schedule
The work plan changes weekly; hours are at least 20 per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and during certain holidays, is required. Hours may increase during peak periods to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
Retail Experience: at least 1 year preferred
Supervisor/Managerial Experience: not required
CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required
Customer focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fashion awareness; adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance
Ability to multi-task; self-motivated and problem-solving mindset
Experience with Omni Channel services

Compensation
The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour (the recruiting pay range is €14.98). This rate and range may be modified in the future.
