Responsibilities
* Test Execution: Designing and performing both manual and automated tests.
* Test Planning: Developing test plans and strategies across the entire software development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and system testing.
* Standards Development: Defining and implementing guidelines and standards for high-quality software development.
* Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to continuously enhance software quality.
* Bug Management: Identifying, tracking, and managing software defects throughout the development process.
* Test Automation: Building and refining tools and frameworks to support automated testing.
* Code Review: Participating in code reviews to ensure compliance with quality and coding standards.
* Risk Analysis: Performing risk assessments and introducing preventive measures to minimize defects.
Qualifications
* Education: Completed studies in Computer Science (HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).
* DevOps Experience: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
* Programming Skills: Experience with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Gatling is a plus.
* Quality Focus: Strong commitment to ensuring software quality.
* Analytical Thinking: Structured and analytical approach to solving problems.
* Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

Salary
Start with a gross annual salary of at least EUR 44,450, with the possibility of market-based overpayment depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
