As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive the further development of our CRM (Salesforce), automate processes, integrate AI, and make life easier for our salespeople. In doing so, you will have a significant impact on the revenue of our growing company.
Your tasks:
1. Contribute to the strategic development of the CRM (Salesforce).
2. Identify relevant sales processes and optimize them within and outside of Salesforce.
3. Challenge and improve existing sales and business processes.
4. Develop concepts to realize business requirements.
5. Steer stakeholder discussions and derive concepts that solve problems in the best possible way.
6. Translate sales requirements into user stories for the Salesforce admin and development team.
7. Introduce automations into sales processes where appropriate.
Your skills:
1. 3+ years of experience using Salesforce as requirement engineer, admin, or in a similar role.
2. At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
3. Passion for processes and data, with strong analytical thinking.
4. Background in product management, process management, CRM requirement engineering, or sales operations is essential.
5. Experience in project management across departments.
6. Agile and structured mindset.
