Provide high‐level technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including pre‐sales discussions, product demonstrations, technical trainings, post‐sales support, seminars, tender support and promotional events. • Consult customers on downstream process applications, leading technical and process‐related conversations with engineering teams and subject matter experts. • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities while nurturing long‐term relationships with existing accounts, contributing to regional account plans and maintaining an active sales funnel in CRM systems such as Salesforce. • Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by prioritizing selling activities, ensuring strong territory coverage and collaborating cross‐functionally with account management, service engineering, product management, marketing, finance, legal and scientific support.Who you are• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field. • Fluent in English; fluency in an additional European language is an advantage (German is beneficial for Austrian customers). • Willing and able to travel regularly (up to approximately 50%) throughout the assigned territory and internationally for activities such as trade shows or FATs. • Experience in technical sales or customer‐facing roles involving complex bioprocessing or scientific equipment. • Project management experience within biopharmaceutical manufacturing or downstream processing environments.
