Your daily tasks will include
1. Direct the sales organization towards customer-centricity in alignment with existing growth objectives, focusing on order intake and revenue.
2. Actively seek out new business opportunities and prospects within assigned accounts.
3. Build (manage) long-term key relationships with customers and effectively communicate at all levels of decision-making to understand their needs.
4. Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and value through effective management of customer relationships.
5. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Participate in the "Cloudflight Winning Teams" and coordinate with supervisors & project management for monthly revenue planning and reporting.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address key areas for improvement in customer management processes and systems.
The following will make you succeed in this role
* At least 4 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work with people from different national and international locations.
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management.
* Deep understanding of your market and existing customers' challenges, enabling you to craft compelling sales stories that create value for them.
* Experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across both long and short sales cycle deals.
* Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (e.g., HubSpot).
