Tasks
You will be involved in general personnel administration (creating references, agreements, confirmations, monitoring absences, etc.)
You maintain and manage master data in the SAP system
You support the creation of reports and presentations on various HR topics
You take minutes of meetings and important discussions
You support the administration and operational implementation of Employee Life Cycle and Comp&Ben topics and contribute to the implementation of digitization projects in the HR area
You are flexible and open to new tasks and lend a hand wherever support is needed

Requirements
You are enrolled in business administration, HR management or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
You are interested in HR and enjoy working with people
You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
You work in a structured, precise and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
You are a team player and communicative
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
You use the MS Office programs very well
You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
