The role
As a Principal Consultant, you will step into a warm, highly profitable desk engaging with both the public sector and private sector within the specialism. You will be managing key relationships and identifying high-growth opportunities. This role works collaboratively with an experienced local manager and a candidate manager responsible for daily candidate generation.
You will spend your time where it matters most—in front of clients. This is an ideal transition for a resilient, target-driven professional with experience as a seasoned 360 recruitment consultant who loves being "out and about" on the road and thrives in a high-energy, mature environment where you are empowered to run your desk. Your success relies on your ability to quickly network and acquire new business to capitalize on this immediate demand, all while contributing to our great culture, where your input is valued and your success is recognized.
Responsibilities
Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
Work collaboratively with a candidate manager to source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
About you
A minimum of 3 years of permanent recruitment experience as a 360 consultant.
You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients’ needs.
A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial.
As a positive and team-oriented individual, who has previously worked as part of a close-knit team working toward a common goal.
You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
We’re looking for someone who’s shown commitment and stability in their previous roles.
