* Building hiring manager capability in interviewing, talent scouting, and ambassadorship

* Bringing group-wide TA initiatives to life in your BU (digitalization, DEI, capability building
Qualifications
* Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
* Proven track record of hiring for leadership or high-impact roles in FMCG or multinational environment
* Advanced interviewing and candidate evaluation expertise
* Proficiency with modern ATS & CRM solutions and sourcing tools
* Ability to influence senior leaders and drive continuous improvement
* Knowledge of German language
