Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full customer order process including shipments, goods receipts, receivables, claims handling, and maintenance of customer data, prices, and conditions in SAP.
2. Perform operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, accounts receivable control, price list creation, and discount management.
3. Create and coordinate the daily shipment schedule and collaborate closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
4. Ensure high service levels and on‑time deliveries, handle customer complaints efficiently, and coordinate with transport companies.
5. Support Sales and Marketing with sales plan monitoring, campaign execution, communication tasks, and manage marketing materials and product samples.
Qualifications:
6. higher education
7. 2+ years’ experience in same position
8. knowledge of English – Proficient
9. knowledge of SAP (or ERP-based programs)
10. attentiveness, accuracy, client orientation
11. good communication skill
12. ability to work in a team
