As part of the sales team, you will be involved in the daily sales processes through your dedicated work in the internal sales department.
Primary responsibilities:
* Support with internal coordination of client projects
* Handling of daily internal and external (international) correspondence
* Preparation of offers and order processing
* Organisation and administration of customer visits
* Travel planning and accounting
* Document management
* Data maintenance in SAP and CRM
* Handling of public tenders
Requirements:
* A completed education (HAK/HBLW/commercial training or similar)
* professional experience in the commercial or sales field is an advantage
* Very good English language skills
* Very good PC skills (MS Office), SAP skills are an advantage
* Interdisciplinary thinking and a high level of commitment
* Personal responsibility, good organisational skills and flexibility
* Distinctive social competence and good manners
* Technical interest
