At Novartis, we are reimagining medicine through data, digital and AI. As Specialist Data Science & AI (Large Molecules Platform) (m/f/d), you will accelerate the adoption of agentic and AI capabilities across site and global TechOps processes. You will work hands‑on with business teams to design, build and scale no‑code / low‑code AI solutions, while fostering AI fluency and embedding AI‑enabled ways of working that deliver measurable business impact.
Note: this is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end‑to‑end adoption of AI and agentic capabilities across site and global processes.
* Identify, prioritize and implement high‑value AI and data science use cases in collaboration with business functions.
* Design and deliver no‑code / low‑code AI solutions (agents, workflows, dashboards) for operational and strategic use cases.
* Enable business teams through hands‑on coaching, training and support, increasing AI fluency and self‑service capabilities.
* Contribute site requirements, gaps and improvement ideas to global AI and platform roadmaps.
* Act as a change and adoption catalyst, embedding AI‑enabled ways of working into daily operations.
* Support and actively contribute to AI communities and knowledge‑sharing initiatives across Novartis.
Essential Requirements
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Science.
* Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI tools, ideally Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI).
* Ability to build agentic and AI solutions using low‑code / no‑code platforms, including prompts, workflows and basic integrations.
* Solid understanding of data fundamentals, data interpretation and KPI‑driven analytics.
* Basic knowledge of data science, analytics or machine learning concepts applied in business environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate data & AI into business value.
* High learning agility, curiosity and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English.
Desirable Requirements
* Knowledge of German is an advantage.
