DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER (M/F/D)

Location: Graz / Hybrid (to be defined)

Language: German (Native/C2) & English (Fluent)

Reporting directly to the CEO


The Mission - Build the playbook for reliable Bluetooth solutions

You aren’t here to just “maintain” existing campaigns. You are here to build the demand engine from the ground up.

Your focus is clear: Revenue, SQLs, and Funnel Velocity. You will drive growth through Paid Ads (Search/Social), targeted ABM, and strategic Content Distribution.

We are looking for a data-driven marketer who loves HubSpot workflows, feels comfortable managing budgets on LinkedIn / Google Ads, and thinks in “Cost Per Lead” rather than “blogs per week.” We expect an attitude that says: “I won\'t wait for them to come to us—I will go find them, capture their attention, and convert them.”

At DEWINE Labs, we’re doing what was previously considered impossible: replacing data cables in time- and safety-critical industrial environments with Bluetooth Low Energy. Our technology, LinkBlu FS, makes wireless communication as reliable and predictable as a cable and as flexible as wireless.

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager who refuses to be boxed in. We don\'t have a dusty “standard operating procedure” for you to follow. Instead, we have a clear goal: high-quality leads (SQLs) in 2026. How do we get there? That is what you will help us figure out.

You will report directly to the CEO and work with our Interim Head of Marketing. If you love testing, breaking things, fixing them, and scaling what works, this is your playground.


The Role: Experiment, Validate, Scale


1. The “Lab” – High-Velocity Experimentation

* We don\'t know what works best yet—and that\'s the exciting part. You will design and run experiments. Is it LinkedIn? Google Ads? Onsite Events? Niche engineering forums? You tell us.
* Budget follows success. When you find a channel or a message that clicks, we are ready to pour resources and budget in your direction. You can shape the strategy based on your results.


2. Paid Search & Social (Traffic Generation)

* Capture Demand (Google Ads): You will manage (with support if needed) paid search campaigns to ensure that when an engineer searches for “wireless safety cable replacement,” they find DEWINE Labs first.
* Generate Demand (Paid Social): You will run campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn & Meta to interrupt the scroll of R&D managers with compelling deep-tech content.
* Test & Optimize: You aren\'t limited to one platform. You will test creative angles and targeting methods to find where our audience truly lives.


3. Content Strategy & Management

* You are the Content Architect. You don\'t need to write every single blog post yourself. For this, we can leverage AI tools for most content tasks, but you must do the heavy lifting on strategy and implementation.
* Propose & Create: You will propose the next big lead magnet—whether it's a technical checklist, a “Myth-Buster” whitepaper, or a webinar topic on interference robustness. You own the content roadmap.
* Distribution: Great content is useless if no one sees it. You ensure our content gets distributed effectively via email, social, and partners.


4. Inbound Nurturing & Ops (HubSpot)

* Master HubSpot: We are moving to HubSpot in Q1/26. You will help set up the technical infrastructure from scratch. From lead scoring to nurturing workflows, you ensure that every curious engineer who downloads a checklist is guided toward becoming a sales-ready lead.


5. Performance & Insight

* Track the Funnel: We need to figure out our CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and conversion rates, so we make informed decisions on where to invest.
* Data into Action: You will translate data into action. If a campaign fails, we celebrate the learning and pivot. If it wins, we double down.


What You Bring

* 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing (SaaS/Tech/Industrial).
* The “Think With Us” Mentality: You don\'t just wait for a ticket that says “write a post.” You come to us and say, “I noticed competitors aren\'t talking about X, let\'s build a guide on it.”
* Paid Acquisition Skills: Experience managing Google Ads (Search Intent) and Paid Social (Awareness).
* HubSpot Proficiency: You can build workflows, forms, segments, reports, and more.
* Language Skills: German (Native/C2) (focus on DACH region) and English (Fluent).
* Self-Starter: You are happy working in a fast-paced environment where you define your own daily tasks to reach the quarterly goal.
* Experience with industrial/deep-tech audiences (engineers, R&D, operations) is a benefit.


Our Process (Lean & Fast)

We hate 10-stage corporate interview marathons. We move fast.

2. The Vibe Check (15 min):

A quick intro call. We talk about availability, conditions, and what drives you. We check if we\'re a match on the basics.


3. The Deep Dive (60 min):

You meet Michael (CEO) and Arnaud (Interim Head of Marketing). We dig into your skills, your favorite tools, and how you solve problems.


4. Show, Don’t Just Tell (Case Study):

We give you a realistic scenario to prepare at home. No massive weekend projects—just enough to show us how you think.


5. The Pitch (45 min):

You present your case study solution to Michael and Arnaud. We discuss your approach, give feedback, and see how you handle strategy in real-time.


6. Culture Fit:

You get to meet the entire team for an informal coffee (either in office or online)


7. The Decision:

If it\'s a fit, we make an offer.
