Together with a small, powerful team, you will develop the marketing strategy for our digital compliance-as-a-service solutions, which are used throughout Europe. With plenty of creative freedom and room for creativity, you will use your expertise in digital marketing both strategically and operationally - from conception to implementation - to actively drive our growth.

Salary: € 51.800,- gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)
Your tasks
* Management and further development of our digital touchpoints (website, social media, newsletter, campaigns, etc.)
* Planning, implementation and analysis of campaigns for reach and lead generation
* Creation and optimization of content incl. SEO and performance activities
* Monitoring current trends and deriving relevant potential for our business
* Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and external partners
Your qualifications
* Completed training/studies in the field of marketing/communication or similar.
* First experience in a comparable position, ideally in a B2B/software environment
* Very good knowledge of CMS, SEO, web analytics and performance marketing (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Routine in dealing with modern marketing technologies and AI-supported tools
* Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
* Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
