In the Global Student & Field Marketing Internship for Programs you'll be key support to the team helping to bring innovation and creativity to various aspects of the program through in-house graphic design. In addition, you'll also support with key program analysis of 80+ markets and help steer the program & brand to continue being relevant to 18-24 year-olds.
We are seeking someone to join us in January for six-month.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
CREATIVE & GRAPHIC DESIGN
You'll provide creative & graphic design support to the Student & Field Marketing team for a wide range of topics including Global Webinars, Training Materials, Creative Assets & Client Proposals.
DATA & MARKETING ANALYSIS
You'll work closely with key markets to ensure data accuracy & quality for various marketing analysis as well as help to visualize data & insights in the best way to help grow the brand in each market.
STUDENT MARKETEER COLLECTION
You'll help innovate the Student Marketeer Collection, leading creative development with key stakeholders to stay on-brand and on-trend for young consumers.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience as a Student Marketeer at Red Bull is preferred, but not essential
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to present in front of groups
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset
* Quick learner and self-motivated
* Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify opportunities for improvement
* Strong team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks
* High energy, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
