Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Central South East Region is looking for a Marketing Communications and Brand Manager to take ownership and lead the all the company’s Communications activities. This mission will encompass the complete Marketing Communication responsibilities for both Traditional and Digital Marketing Communications.
The responsibilities will include
1. Take total responsibility for all traditional and digital marketing communications for the complete company. This will require understanding the Company’s Mission, Vision and Strategy, and developing and implementing world class communications to support each part of the Strategy
2. Collaborate closely with the Business Line Managers and provide strong communications ideas and actions to achieve their business targets. Develop strategies and implement action plans to support their growth plans
3. All Digital Marketing activities will be your responsibility driven by the requirements of the various Business Lines
4. Be a key member of the Management team to support both the internal and external communication requirements to meet the company targets, employee satisfaction and brand reputation
5. Close coordination with the Group, Business Area and Divisional Communications teams to implement any communication marketing actions on a local level
6. Work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force to support the Company Goals
7. Transform the present Marketing Communications to bring it to Best In Class
This position will report to the General Manager Atlas Copco Compressors Technique Customer Centre CSE Region.

What we expect of you?
Experience requirements
8. Business oriented and experienced professional with proven track record of more than 10 years in Marketing Communications both in traditional and digital marketing communications
9. Brand management and Leadership of Communications and / or Sales team’s strong advantage
10. Candidates should have at least 10 years of Marketing Communications experience with Central Europe Industrial Manufacturing B2B market knowledge
Knowledge / Educational requirements
11. Relevant Bachelors/University degree – Technical or Commercial : Marketing Communications oriented - or similar through experience.
12. Excellent command of English, German mother tounge.

13. Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving at new challenges and ideas
14. Owner and problem solver who can take independent decisions with accountability
15. Willing to travel in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia
16. Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, people and negotiating skill. Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations.
