Your New Role
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategy alongside our creative and commercially-minded team. This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone with a mix of creativity and commercial acumen — comfortable turning ideas into action, using data to drive decisions, and managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. With significant growth planned, there are real opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management:
Create engaging content for all platforms (video reels, imagery, captions, stories) and implement a strategy to grow followers, improve engagement, and build brand presence — both paid and organic.
* Marketing Content Creation:
Write and produce content for blog posts, email campaigns (Mailchimp), product descriptions, social media, and the website.
* Email Marketing Performance:
Monitor and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions, providing actionable insights.
* Marketing Budget Support:
Assist the Head of Marketing with planning and tracking the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful spending.
* External Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with PR agencies, web developers, stand builders, photography studios, and other partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use Excel and analytics tools to interpret customer and campaign data, provide insight, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Event & Exhibition Support:
Plan, organise, and deliver trade shows and exhibitions, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
* Website Management:
Update banners, upload blogs, and ensure timely, relevant, and accurate content.
* Product Launches:
Collaborate with the product team to support the successful and timely launch of new products, including research, market positioning, and messaging.
* Market Research & Trend Forecasting:
Identify gaps in the market, spot emerging trends, and propose new ideas or products accordingly.
* Brand Development:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and contribute to brand evolution.
About You
* A passion for marketing and creativity
* Proven ability to take an idea from concept to execution
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
* Excellent Excel skills – confident with data analysis and reporting
* High attention to detail and strong written communication
* Commercially aware and results-driven
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Comfortable liaising with external partners and agencies
* Not fazed by high-volume, fast-changing environments
* Experience with or interest in CRM and PIM systems (not essential)
* Ideally familiar with Microsoft Business Central
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva is a plus
* A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
Schedule & Location
* Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Office-based in Castle Donington
