* Lead a team of around 10 employees, training approximately 200 implementation engineers and customers annually both in the office and on construction sites.
* Develop concepts and strategies for enhancing our training courses.
* Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
* Ensure the smooth execution of team tasks and achieve set goals.
* Foster employee development through continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Possess a basic technical education with several years of experience in adult education or technical training.
* Have knowledge of Siemens applications with TIA Portal or relevant software development skills (C#, C++, Java).
* Be motivated to achieve departmental goals with your team and successfully implement strategic projects.
* Think solution-oriented, uphold high-quality standards, and motivate your employees to reach objectives.
* Demonstrate empathy, reliability, independence, and a strategic outlook.
* Proficient in German and English.
