Bring your experience in eDiscovery and Evidence Management to this role as an Evidence Analyst, to assist ASIC's regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence.
Location and Remuneration
* Sydney, Melbourne and Perth location preferred – other locations considered.
* $81,396 - $93,303 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% Superannuation
* Temporary 24-month position

The team
The Evidence Services team provides evidence collection, management and analysis services using various databases and litigation support tools to assist ASIC's regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies.
The role
As An Evidence Analyst You Will Be Responsible For
* Assisting with the preparation and compilation of criminal briefs, court books and other documents for use in court.
* Providing timely, accurate and effective extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material collected by ASIC utilising a range of document management and litigation support tools.
* Providing matter support including hyperlinking evidence lists, indexes and proformas.
* Collaborating closely with our team of Consulting Analysts to implement and report on progress of evidence review within ASIC's evidence management system.
* Following established procedures to support and administer assigned cases within ASIC's evidence management system.
* Providing advice and support to internal clients with evidence management inquiries.
* Managing workflow systems in accordance with agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
About You
With your experience in eDiscovery, legal services, professional services, or operational/data processing environments, you will have the technical expertise and skills to resolve complex enquiries and issues as they arise. Your experience includes effective stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills, with the ability to present information to varied audiences.
* experience in the use of litigation support tools such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation EDT, Relativity or similar.
* Data and digital skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), relational databases (MS Access).
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a high-volume and dynamic processing environment.
