Job Description
Responsibilities
* Advise on maintenance strategies and activities and support the network to perform efficiently, safely, and according to company standards
* Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance processes, safety protocols, and compliancy
* Support, train and guide maintenance staff
* Development and analysis of KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of processes
* Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions
* Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in Maintenance Excellence Management, or a related field
* Target driven – Works to timelines
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Language skills (especially German, English)
* Ability to work with different teams worldwide
* Maintenance knowledge and experience
Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3.800,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
