HR Assistant | Salzburg, Austria | Remote
We're working with expertum on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their team, supporting HR processes and recruiting efforts for a leading personnel expert company. This role offers the chance to contribute to a stable and future-oriented company with a focus on quality recruiting.
The Role
• Support the entire recruiting process, from job ad creation to interview coordination
• Review applications and assist in pre-selecting suitable candidates
• Prepare structured candidate profiles for clients
• Manage administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Perform tasks related to payroll preparation and maintain HR data
• Provide administrative and organizational support to HR consultants
What You'll Need
• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in HR, ideally within the temp staffing industry, is a plus
• Affinity for digital tools and modern software solutions
• Excellent German language skills (written and verbal)
• Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style, even under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a team
