The International Marketing Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet is focused on building best practice and optimising processes that fuel the marketing strategy, while managing the lead funnel to maximise ROI and growth. Within marketing, we partner with integrated marketing, demand generation, and analytics teams to ensure that foundational marketing automation and CRM processes allow for strong campaign insight. This role also partners across the organisation with sales, sales operations, and customer experience to ensure strong end-to-end lead management and ROI. This role will report to the International Marketing Operations Director, with matrix alignment to the Central European Marketing leader.
What will you get involved in?
1. Manage and lead all marketing related CRM (Salesforce) projects/processes working in close collaboration with CRM and Sales Operations teams, to establish world-class campaign and lead management processes that drive leads and high conversion across all markets in Central Europe.
2. Drive standardization and best practices by supporting the migration of two markets into a European SFDC CRM. Includes data mapping, Marketo integration testing, campaign tracking setup, and validation, lead handling training.
3. Run lead handling training with Sales to ensure correct CRM processes are followed and ROI from marketing generated leads is maximized.
4. Ensure smooth technical and sustainable hand-over of leads (lead routing) to sales by monitoring integrations with Marketo and troubleshooting issues with development teams.
5. Work closely with Marketing Operations colleagues from the International team to align on and share best practices and innovations.
6. Ensure seamless integration and data flows of CRM processes with systems like Marketing Automation (Adobe Marketo), Website (Adobe Experience Manager), Reporting systems (PowerBI), and databases (CDP, SQL).
7. Maintain high data quality in terms of correctness, completeness, consistency, and actuality.
8. Set up and maintain Marketo nurture programs.
9. Set up and maintain Central European Marketo programs related to web forms/content downloads on the Central European websites.
10. Be a Marketo super user and educate Marketing users on using Marketo for newsletters, webinars, and other use cases.
About you:
1. We are looking for a forward-leaning self-starter with intellectual and operational curiosity, exceptional marketing automation & process experience, and proven partnership with marketing units. Strong communication, organizational, and educational skills are essential. The ability to develop, optimize, document, and communicate processes to drive ROI is key.
You should possess the following skills and experience:
1. Marketing Operations and CRM experience (5+ years)
2. Advanced experience with Marketo or similar platforms (Hubspot, etc.)
3. Advanced experience (3+ years) with Salesforce is required
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Experience in a multi-national role
6. Strategic mindset with operational hands-on ability
7. Proven experience partnering with marketing teams and executives
8. Excellent written, verbal, and educational communication skills in English and German
9. Proactive and hands-on approach
10. Ability to work quickly and under pressure
11. Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite
