In the Clean Air Technologies department in Raaba, we are looking for a Manager Piping Team (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
1. Manage and further develop a team of piping engineers and piping designers for flue gas cleaning plants including carbon capture.
2. Manage engineering, timelines, and budgets of piping systems in projects effectively.
3. Capacity planning and progress monitoring for piping engineering in projects.
4. Maintain, review, and further develop tools and templates for piping specifications, design drawings, documentation, and progress monitoring.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant piping standards, codes, and regulations in projects.
6. Provide technical support during piping erection in projects.
7. Create cost calculations for piping systems in the proposal phase and oversee supplier selection during execution.
Your Profile
1. University degree (BSc, MSc) in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Proficiency in piping design software (e.g., E3d), pipe stress calculation (e.g., Rohr2), and components of piping systems (valves, fittings, sealings, expansion joints, supports, etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of piping standards and codes (e.g., EN13480, EN12952, ASME).
4. Extensive experience in engineering and designing piping systems for various gases and liquids in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, or power generation.
5. Systematic work approach, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively in an international team.

In Austria, the legally mandated gross monthly salary for this position is at least €4,545.33. We offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and experience.
