Senior Claims Consultant (m/f/d)
What To Expect
* Translate Group Claims Management strategies into actionable projects and country‑level initiatives
* Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional and international meetings
* Lead and coordinate international claims‑related projects with a strong focus on automation, change and process improvements
* Design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and steer claims KPIs
* Monitor operational performance and derive insights to drive measurable impact at business unit level
* Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti‑Fraud Community to scale best practices across the group
What We Expect
* Proven experience in leading cross‑functional and international projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impacts and interpret KPIs
* Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally with a focus on Claims
* Very good command of Power BI and MS Office
* Excellent English skills; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage
* High integrity, structured working style and strong problem‑solving ability
