The department Commercial Real Estate International provides commercial real financing to real estate developers, real estate funds and investors active in logistics, office and retail segment. The department serves clients in the whole Erste region and holds an industry relevant steering function across Erste Group. Acting as a single point of contact for our clients, we provide a variety of financing solutions and actively manage client exposures with a view on regional and product diversification.
We foster close cooperation with local Erste sales units, product experts and other internal service providers and coordinate and drive external as well as internal business processes.
Your Tasks
10. Assume responsibility for a commercial real estate with international commercial real estate investors and developers
11. Identify and address new clients, and analyze new business opportunities
12. Structure tailor-made financing solutions with the willingness to campaign for it in order to get deals done
13. Lead the acquisition and pitching process with contribution of CRE know-how in CEE
14. Deal with clients (real estate developers, real estate funds and investors of all kinds) and establish a long-lasting client relationship
15. Negotiate transactions and contract documentation with internal and external legal support
16. Create strong internal and external networks e.g. with risk management, back office units, industry experts, consultants
Your Background
17. A degree in business administration, law or equivalent education
18. 5+ years of experience in banking or commercial real estate specific know-how
19. Experience in dealing with clients (real estate developers, real estate funds and Investors of all kinds) and ability to establish a long-lasting relationships both with colleagues and clients
20. Excellent analytical skills
21. Very good communication and presentation skills
22. English is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus

29. The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
