Main responsibilities:
1. Customer (one of major Austrian mobile network operator) facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site)
2. Maintenance and support activities of voice core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing/tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.)
3. Acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support
4. Providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice services
5. On-call duty (readiness to do if required once in 2-3 months after first year - is extra paid)

Other requirements:
1. University degree in computer science, electrical engineering/telecommunication, software engineering or equivalent
2. Solid IT background - computer and transmission HW, IP networking, solid Linux knowhow, knowledge/experience of Cloud Technologies (Openstack, Container) is a plus
3. Network support experience, at least 2-3 years
4. Working knowledge in following telecommunication protocols: ISUP, MAP, SIP, Diameter
5. Mobile and fixed voice core knowhow
6. IMS architecture knowhow is beneficial
7. Acting as reliable team member in an international multicultural team
8. Good communication and analytical skills
9. Very good knowledge of English language mandatory
10. German knowledge not necessary, is nice to have
11. Start day as soon as possible
