We're looking for an experienced and driven Digital Signage Project Manager to oversee and execute end-to-end deployment of digital signage and directory solutions across Australia. This role requires a proven track record of managing multi-site rollouts, coordinating internal teams and contractors, liaising with clients, and delivering digital signage solutions on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
What you'll do:
You’ll:
1. Manage projects: Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of digital signage installations from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders: Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers and installers. Internally, you'll work very closely with our support desk and procurement team; externally you will be a key point of contact for some clients post rollout.
3. Oversee site readiness and deployments: Manage site audits, readiness assessments, installation scheduling, and post-installation QA across multiple locations.
4. Manage resources: Coordinate contractors, technicians, and logistics to ensure seamless deployment at each site.
5. Manage budgets and risks: Manage project budgets, control costs, and identify potential risks or delays with appropriate mitigation strategies.
6. Prepare reports and documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and ensure all deployments are signed off per agreed criteria. Prepare customer reports as required.
What we'll look for:
We’re after someone with:
1. Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in managing digital signage or AV deployment projects.
2. Strong knowledge of digital signage technologies, including media players, CMS platforms, displays, networking, and integrations.
3. Excellent project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Demonstrated experience in vendor and subcontractor management across different states.
5. Ability to read technical plans and work with installers and tech teams.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
7. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Jira.
8. A current driver’s licence and willingness to attend sites as required.
9. Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience preferred.
10. Experience in retail, healthcare and hospitality signage environments is highly desirable.
