Your Tasks
* Supporting the Head of Education and Training with various administrative duties
* Responsible for training coordination and time administration for the department
* Typing, preparing, and collating reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
* Managing and organizing meetings
* Office management (e.g. managing department audits, ordering office supplies, managing inventory, etc.)
Your Profile
* Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
* Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated personality

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 37,361.66.
