Senior Personnel Development & Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client, an internationally operating company of the Financial Services-sector with headquarters in Vienna, is about to strengthen its Human Resources team.
In this role, you will act as a key sparring partner for managers, combining hands‑on recruitment expertise with a strong passion for learning, development, and cultural impact.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
* End‑to‑end responsibility for the full recruiting lifecycle, from role scoping and job advertising to selection, interviewing, and contract negotiation
* Lead interviews and selection processes and provide professional guidance to hiring managers
* Design and further develop learning, development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs
* Contribute to strategic workforce and talent planning in close collaboration with leadership
* Coordinate and support training measures, internal development formats and external learning partners
* Continuously improve recruiting, talent management and development processes, tools and standards
* Actively contribute to a strong company culture, employee engagement and employer attractiveness
Your background:
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
* Solid professional experience in recruiting and people development, ideally in a senior or advisory role
* Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, high level of empathy and confidence in stakeholder management
* Ability to work independently while thinking strategically and acting pragmatically
* Structured, solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on attitude
* Team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
* Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP SF
* Fluent in English and German

The salary range for this position starts at €70,000 plus bonus. Depending on individual experience and qualifications an overpayment is conceivable.
