BONUS.DIRECT is a fast-growing marketplace that connects iGaming players with leading international casino and sportsbook operators through exclusive bonus campaigns, personalized offers and community-driven insights.

Instead of acting like a traditional comparison site, BONUS.DIRECT operates as a player-value platform, negotiating better deals directly with operators and providing tools that help users receive stronger offers than those publicly available.

With a rapidly growing community of 80,000+ active players, proprietary bonus tools and upcoming new products such as tournaments and experience-driven services, BONUS.DIRECT is expanding its international partner network and looking for ambitious team members to grow with us.


Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) based in Wels (Austria), with flexibility for partial remote work.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with international iGaming operators. You will negotiate exclusive campaigns, coordinate promotional activities and identify growth opportunities together with our partners.


Responsibilities

* Managing and expanding key operator partnerships
* Negotiating exclusive bonus campaigns and marketing initiatives
* Supporting launch activities and special promotions
* Monitoring account performance and optimizing deal structures
* Identifying new partnership opportunities across regulated and international markets
* Acting as the main contact between partners and internal teams (content, CRM, growth)

This role plays a central part in scaling BONUS.DIRECT’s partner network and commercial performance.


Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building partnerships and working in a fast‑moving digital environment.


Preferred qualifications

* Experience in Key Account Management, Affiliate Management or Partner Management (ideally in iGaming)
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate account performance and KPIs
* Experience negotiating CPA, hybrid or fixed partnership models
* Structured working style with strong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across international markets
* Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership attitude
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small, agile team


Nice to have

* Previous experience in the iGaming affiliate ecosystem
* CRM or campaign coordination experience
* German language skills (in addition to English)


Requirements

* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* Additional languages are a plus
* Marketing, Digital Media or comparable experience
