* Optimising the new after-sales service stations and build-up aftersales service network;
* Maintain communication and management with the existing service stations;
* Conduct comprehensive and systematic training for the after-sales service stations, including the operation training of the after-sales service system;
* Conduct comprehensive and systematic new truck driving training and operation training for end users;
* Carry out necessary truck maintenance services;
* After-sales service complaint calls answering;
* Settlement with SITRAK dealer service station;
* Training for new after-sales technical service staff;
* Manage after-sales service team, set up after-sales service system;
* Regularly conduct the product technical problems summary and sorting;
* Analysis of technical characteristics of competitive products in the industry.
