The Head of Network Development Manager role is to support the organization's network expansion and development efforts.
About the role
The Head of Network for DENZA Brand will be responsible for driving network and sales growth, market penetration within the assigned region, and leading dealer performance discussions regarding market share, sales, CSI, facilities, and capacity. The manager will also assist with buy-sell agreements & consolidations, follow-up on term agreements, minority appointments, dealer onboarding, and supporting product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop network development strategy for AT, leading new dealer partner development accordingly.
2. Develop and execute a market representation business plan to:
* Identify dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction, and character.
* Strengthen dealer profitability.
* Facilitate BYD network development.
* Achieve volume and share growth objectives.
1. Define and implement the network plan in the assigned market, executing the BYD network consolidation strategy to optimize the network size.
2. Manage performance improvement processes at underperforming BYD stores and identify opportunities for improvement or replacement.
3. Lead dealership and related contract negotiations.
4. Coordinate with relevant resources to align business processes and task roles across all levels and functions.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business management or engineering.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions.
* Expertise in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry reports.
* Experience working in auto OEMs for EU network development.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal; additional languages like CEE languages and Chinese are a plus.
* Willingness and ability to travel within Finland and internationally as needed.
* Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
