THE JOB
Being a part of the Central Europe marketing team you will work on various marketing campaigns focusing on Social Media and Content Marketing for Austria. You will promote events on Ticketmaster’s marketing channels and run brand campaigns to increase ticket sales and brand awareness.
What You Will Be Doing
* You will be responsible for various marketing campaigns (On‑ & Offline) for Ticketmaster Austria. Together with your lead and the marketing team you will plan, implement and report campaigns.
* You will run Ticketmaster’s social media and other content channels (website, blog, etc.) for Austria. You will create, post and manage content.
* You will develop marketing campaigns with the marketing team and media partners and contribute expertise (e.g., OOH and print).
* You will stay in touch with promotor clients and business partners and support the sales team with marketing presentations and B2B tasks.
* You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Central Europe and the Regional Market Lead for Austria and support the Central Europe marketing team with daily business tasks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
* You have completed your studies with a focus on Marketing/Communication/Social Media.
* You have a high affinity for e‑commerce and online marketing and stay up‑to‑date with trends.
* You are a marketing all‑rounder with first professional experience in social media and content marketing in an international environment.
* Ideally you have experience with design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
* Writing copies comes naturally to you and you have an excellent feeling for design.

* You are outgoing, have a hands‑on mentality and enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
* You work in a structured way, are detail lovers yet keep focus on the goal.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Fluent in German (spoken and written).
* High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Clear and precise communication in written or verbal form.
* You are a live lover, passionate about music & the live industry and enjoy working in concerts, theatre and sports.
