*Your role** Own and nurture a portfolio of approximately 700 customers, from single-license users to enterprise accounts with 150 to 200 users Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts Develop strategic account plans that align customer goals with our Real Estate Solution Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear business value Collaborate internally with sales colleagues, consultants, and support teams to provide tailored solutions Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate customer needs and reinforce our position as a trusted partner
