Job Description Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to business needs, with a strong focus on customer and CRM-related data Implement historization techniques such as Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD-1, SCD-2, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking of data changes over time Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and easy to maintain data structures Build and optimize data pipelines and transformation workflows to support data model implementation and data quality Ensure data consistency, lineage, and governance across systems and domains Continuously improve and refactor existing data models to align with evolving business needs and technical standards Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data modeling and engineering within the team Support the data engineers during implementation
