Tasks
* Lead organizational and technical initiatives to sustainably improve data quality and data consistency
* Build and further develop the Data Governance Framework
* Implement and support Data Ownership and Data Stewardship
* Define and monitor Data Policies and Data Quality Rules
* Create and maintain a Business Glossary and Data Catalogues
* Ensure compliance and data security
Skills
At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
* Strong expertise in data processes and governance methodologies
* Experience in establishing Data Governance and Data Ownership
* Understanding of Data Quality frameworks and tools
* Familiarity with GDPR / compliance requirements
* Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.477,13 per month on a full‑time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
