Your Tasks:
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer site-based #BESS projects from initiation to completion:
* Overseeing project planning, execution on site, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordination of all project stakeholders – internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics and external (e.g., suppliers, construction partners, grid operators) to ensure seamless project execution
* Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and quality requirements
* Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
* Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving any issues that arise during the project
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all project activities
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports and budgets
Your profile:
* Degree in engineering, energy technology, project management, or similar field
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Proven experience in handling installation/engineering projects on construction site, preferably in the ESS or BESS sector
* Structured, solution-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
* Customer-oriented approach, with sensitivity to customer requirements
* Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
* Proven leadership skills in multicultural project environments
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
* Willingness to travel, up to 25% and work on-site

This position is subject to the collective agreement for the metal (processing) trade. We offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4,800 in line with the market for this position. A willingness to overpay and/or travel allowance is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
